Return and Refund Policy

At Emerald Peacock Threads, we want you to love every piece you receive. Because each item is lovingly handmade just for you, we have the following policies in place:

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, your beautiful handmade piece will already be in production, and we won't be able to cancel it.

Returns and Exchanges

Since each item is custom-made with care, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our work!

Manufacturing Defects

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as receiving the wrong item, torn fabric, damaged embroidery, or other quality issues), we'll make it right by sending you a replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can help resolve the issue quickly. We'll need photos of the defect to process your replacement.
